Error Message: [xxx_yyy].Mer file not found Affected Module(s) RC Generic Scenario Upon selecting the ‘Export SIPP’ button, the DMM process hangs and the data is not created within SIPP~Pro. An error message '[xxx_yyy].Mer file not found' appears in the bottom right-hand corner. The file ‘CONTROL_[xxx].txt’ is generated (see location below), containing the message ‘Unsuccessful’. Reason The SIPP~Pro application cannot find the '.Mer' file in the programmed location. Resolution Create a Symbolic link to the expected directory location.
